Salsa Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salsa 125 mL
- 1/3 cup water 75 mL
- 2 Tbsp canola oil 30 mL
- 2 Tbsp lime juice 30 mL
- 1 Tbsp minced cilantro 15 mL
- 1 tsp granulated sugar 5 mL
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions
- 1. Combine salsa, water, canola oil, lime juice, cilantro, sugar and garlic in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well.
