When Cooking, Choose Canola Oil

In a summary of recent health research, CNN included the study that was published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal and reported widely in recent weeks. The study announced that replacing saturated fat with vegetable oils high in omega-6 and low in omega-3 may increase the risk of cardiovascular and coronary artery disease. The analysts suggest cooking with oil like canola because it is high in omega-3 fat.
