Citing these same characteristics, Eat This, Not That! declares canola oil one of “The 100 Healthiest Foods on the Planet.” Referencing its “near-perfect 2.5:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fats,” they state that canola oil “is the best option for everyday cooking situations.”
