Right Fats = Longer, Healthier Life

Men’s Fitness examines the findings from a JAMA Internal Medicine study on the association of specific dietary fats on mortality. According to the study, a higher intake of unsaturated omega-6 and omega-3 fats, like those found in canola oil, was associated with a lower risk of death when compared to increasing the same number of calories from carbohydrates.
