Fried Chicken, Steak Marinades, Oh My!

Looking for a new fried chicken recipe? Chef Carla Hall from TV’s The Chew offers readers of PopSugar her recipe for cayenne-rich Nashville-style hot chicken, which uses canola oil. She demonstrated the recipe at Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. “Wow, there’s the heat!” said one audience member who had a chance to sample her dish.
