Food fuels the brain as much as the body. Harvard University recommends stocking your diet with fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains. They also suggest that the consumption of fish and plant-based protein—as well as of canola oil, rather than saturated fats—can help mitigate the cognitive decline that comes with aging.
