Bake Cake and Eat it Too

Sarah-Jane Bedwell, a registered dietitian and blogger for Self.com, shared a recipe for chocolate cherry cake. She replaced the butter with canola oil because of its neutral flavor. It also offers more plant-based omega-3 fat and the least saturated fat of all common cooking oils. Bonus: the cake is ready in 30 minutes!
