Not All Oils Created Equal
There are so many cooking oil choices. Which is best? Siddhi Shroff, a registered dietitian from the University of Kentucky, reports in the Lexington Herald-Ledger that of all plant-based fats, canola oil is lowest in saturated fat, and high in monounsaturated fatty acids.
