Nosh with Dr. Oz

On a recent episode of "Dr. Oz," the doctor discusses with celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson the Nordic diet, which consists of root vegetables, berries and whole grain breads. Instead of olive oil that is used in the Mediterranean diet, the Nordic diet uses canola oil, which has less saturated fat. (Note: rapeseed oil consumed in Europe is “double low” canola quality).
