High Oleic Canola Oil Helps Restaurant Improve Quality

America’s largest quick-service seafood chain, Long John Silver’s is focused on improving the quality of the food in their restaurants. According to CEO James O’Reilly, one of the biggest changes was to switch to high oleic canola in all its fryers, remarking that “ improved the taste of our products.”
