CanolaInfo Launches Summer Culinary & Health Campaigns
CanolaInfo launched two campaigns this summer to help consumers differentiate canola oil from vegetable oil. A “Summer Recipes” Hispanic consumer campaign featured heart-smart dishes for family meals and entertaining. To-date 15 media placements have been secured including print stories in La Opinión Los Angeles and El Diario New York.
Grilling season provided a timely opportunity to tout canola oil’s unique attributes. A press release “Benefit Your Health and Your Grill with Canola Oil”, featured tips from partner Manuel Villacorta, R.D., recipes, and COMIT study results on belly fat. Articles related to the campaign have generated 156M impressions across 255 English and 125 Spanish language placements to date. The content is also being shared on social media and on CanolaInfo.org.
